Course: Course is a mix of city streets, towpath of the I&M Canal and the scenic river walk along the Fox River. Course is scenic, flat and accurately measured by Starved Rock Runners, Ltd using a Jones Counter. Split times at each mile along the course. Water stations are available along the course.

Note: No bandits, dogs, wheeled vehicles or headsets allowed on the course.

Race Day Registration: Registration and packet pick-up at Ottawa YMCA in Ottawa, IL beginning at 7:30 am and ending at 8:50 am the day of race. Ottawa YMCA is located at 201 E. Jackson Street, Ottawa, IL.

T-shirt: A short sleeve t-shirt is given to all paid entrants.

Refreshments: Refreshments will be available after the race.

Awards: Trophies awarded to overall male and female finishers, top male and female masters. 5-year age groups. 75 & over last men’s age group. 65 & over last women’s age group. All participants 13 and under will receive a participation award. Award ceremony will follow tabulation of results.
