Running Journal October 20, 2008

I ran just before dark, it was a nice cool evening. I had on shorts, long-sleeved t-shirt, sweatshirt and stocking hat. I just love that part at the end when you have the straight road ahead of you and pick up the pace and sail down to the finish. Why I can’t I ever run like that in races?
