Running Journal October 14, 2008

Nice cool day for running about 4 miles. It was a sunny and the leaves are just starting to turn. I had on a long sleeved shirt and shorts.
Why does it always seem to be so warm in the house when you get back? Except for in the summer when the air, then it is very chilly.
