Running Journal September 30, 2008

Nice cool day just wore shorts and t-shirt and was quite comfortable. It is a nice beautiful sunshine filled day. There were some huge cumulous clouds floating across the sky interspaced with narrow patches of blue, where the sky above showed through. I always feel I could get a pr in this cool weather, it seems I can all of the sudden go faster. I can think back to some of my best runs here at home and they are usually in the fall. Times when I felt I was really running fast. Good thing I didn’t time myself and ruin it all.
