The YMCA will be hosting its 2nd Annual Y Run on Saturday, September 29th at 8:30am. This event includes a 5K run and 1 mile Fun Run/Walk. Early registration fees for this event are $17 to run the 5K and $12 for the 1 mile Fun Run/Walk until September 10th (after the 10th a $3 late fee is added to the fees). Proceeds from the Y Run go to the YMCA Scholarship Fund, which ensures that no family is turned away from YMCA programming due to an inability to pay.
You can register online at www.lincolnymca.organd select our programs on the left side of the screen and select Y Run to get the registration form. Registration is also available on the day of the race from 8-8:30 am at the Logan County Safety Complex parking lot on N Hamilton.
Awards will be given to the top male and female in each age division, and to the top overall Male and Female. Snacks and drinks are provided for all, and Y Run shirts will be given to the first 50 registrants.
